When I stopped at the marina store this afternoon to wet a cleaning rag at the outdoor faucet, I saw a notice taped to the front window. It was from the owners. The first item they address is the fact that the marina will be closed until March 1, which, translated, I'm sure means that no one will be minding the store until that date. They certainly don't mean everyone should stay away from the marina until then, because one of the last lines on the notice says to enjoy the free fishing in the meantime.
There's also a rather lengthy paragraph intended for those of us who store our boats at the marina. It explains all the options we have of paying our monthly storage fees. I didn't take time to jot down all those options, so I encourage you to have a look for yourself the next time you're out that way and choose the one that best fits your needs.
