UPDATE: AS OF 5/9/2017, WEST NECK MARINA RAMP IS OPEN. HOWEVER, REPAIRS HAVE NOT YET BEEN MADE, SO IT IS IMPERATIVE TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU'RE DOING. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE ONLY THE SIDE WITH THE GOOD CATWALK.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that's the "straight skinny," as I learned it a bit earlier when I went out there to clean up my boat. The last two side-by-side planks on the port catwalk (as you face the ramp from the parking lot) went AWOL sometime during the high water the last couple of days.
As you might have guessed, water also got into the store again, so the smell that greets you upon entering is enough to send even a skunk scurrying for cover. The typical port-a-john (IMO) smells better--by comparison.
In case you're wondering, ramp repairs of any kind aren't likely to begin until the water recedes more than it already has, because the affected catwalk still is completely submerged.
